Scan or tap the register · one feed · the owner gets pinged
Every order, from every channel, in one feed.
Customers scan a code, or order on the screen that faces them at the register. Delivery orders drop in beside those. Nobody has to watch a monitor, because WhatsApp pings the owner the moment an order lands.
Built around Dumpling King, Northwoods Mall food court, North Charleston. The menu, prices and hours are the shop's real ones. Everything that moves on this page is a simulation running in your browser.

Dual perspective
Same system, two people looking at it.
Place an order on the customer side, then flip to the owner side and watch it land. That is the whole product in one control.
Two ways a customer orders
Their own phone
On the counter
Scan to order
A real code, so a phone on a call can scan it off the screen. One code per counter position, which is how the owner learns which spot actually gets used. No app to install and nothing to type.
What the scan opens
Your order
Staff work the other side of this same unit. The order does not have to be read back across the counter.
The register is double screened, so the side facing the customer runs the same ordering flow as the phone. Same menu, same totals, same feed at the other end.
This is the only channel the owner has to keep an eye on. The feed below is there when they want the whole picture.
One feed, every channel
Demonstration feed · simulated orders, not Dumpling King's
Channels shown are the listings that were found for this shop. The Postmates listing is confirmed. The DoorDash and Uber Eats listings are indexed but their contents were not confirmed. No Grubhub listing was found, so it is not shown.
Placeholder figures, chosen to make the layout readable. Not a Dumpling King result.
The funnel
Four steps, and the owner only watches one.
01
Customer orders
They scan the code on the counter, or use the screen facing them at the register.
02
Delivery drops in beside it
Third-party orders land in the same feed instead of on a separate tablet.
03
WhatsApp pings the owner
The alert goes out. No monitor to stare at, and no missed ticket.
04
Counter fulfils
Every ticket carries its channel and order number, so handover is not a conversation.
Shipped versus explored

Menu sync across the delivery apps
The shop's hours already differ between its own site and a delivery listing. Fixing that at the source is the obvious next piece of work.
